Ann Runnel

Ann worked at in SEI Tallinn since August 2012 until December 2015 as a junior researcher in Environmental Economics Programme of the Tallinn Centre.

Anne’s main focus was on the relations between public environmental instruments and the private sector / consumer actions, and developing monetary value for environmental issues.
